Sterling Block 3A is a mixed-use building development within the new mixed-use community in the emerging Lower Junction Triangle neighborhood in Toronto, Canada.

The development is being undertaken by Castlepoint Numa in a program designed to reshape a formerly underutilized industrial area and expand the cultural community in the west end of Toronto.

The new building includes ground floor retail, a two story brewery, offices, exterior gardens, and both indoor and outdoor dining facilities. The new building sits adjacent to the iconic Tower Automotive Building which is home to the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art (MOCCA).
