PECK CIVIL worked closely with McClean Design, Carlin Projects, the Shoring Engineers, the Soil Engineers, and the General Contractor to re-permit the project with a new design, while maintaining the site grading operations required to remediate an ancient landslide debris zone which is active and part of the Nimes Road Landslide. The landslide remediation work is complete; Peck completed the storm water mitigation design (LID); and also investigated multiple alternate scenarios for the rear yard grading. Peck’s current scope includes creating civil and structural plans for an off-site privacy wall which has been approved by the variance process to exist within the public right of way.
