924 Bel Air Road was developed by Bruce Makowsky, of BAM Luxury Development. Located in the exclusive enclave of Bel Air, it includes over 38,000 sq. ft. of new construction, and is part of the large scale, very high end Los Angeles real estate residential market. It boasts an astonishing array of amenities and items from around the world, and four floor levels all enhanced by 270-degree unobstructed views spanning from the mountains all the way to the ocean & the incredible Los Angeles skyline in-between.
PECK CIVIL performed full Civil Engineering Services including Grading Quantities, Grading Design, Driveway Profiles, Storm Water Mitigation, and Erosion Control as an integral part of the development team from the inception of the project. Projects of this type are complex with respect to code compliance relating to Zoning Code and Building Code and require tight integration of the architectural solution with the civil engineering design of the site. Peck Civil also designed the public roadway improvements which incorporated an off-site privacy wall, which we processed through the City Department of Public Works.
