PECK STRUCTURAL and PECK CIVIL provided Structural and Civil designs for four distinct building types; a single story complex of units above a podium deck over on grade parking, two story units on a slab foundation on grade, a rehabilitation of a historic three level building that was moved into a new foundation on the site from nearby Whittier College, and a rehabilitation of a single story wood framed bungalow that was moved onto a new foundation from another location on the site.
