The 15,000 square foot residence is located in the Bird Streets of the Hollywood Hills. The project includes a new two story residence over a basement which includes a garage accessed by an auto lift. A new accessory building (cabana) with roof terrace is attached to the main house structure. The project includes a new water feature in an atrium at the basement level, large exterior terraces, and significant site walls. PECK is completing the Civil Engineering, Structural Design and Shoring Design.
