The project involved rehabilitating an historic Inn built at the turn of the century, which involved lifting it off of its foundations and placing it back upon the foundation walls of a new subterranean garage. The Civil Engineering design included coordination of the parking lot grades, the design of the planters and walking surfaces above the podium slab, providing utility design, planning the ADA access at the front yard in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, and designing a large storm water infiltration facility under the private street to the south.
