PECK CIVIL worked closely with McClean Design, Carlin Projects, Dave Salter, the J Byer Group, and Tyler Development to re-design the project. The unique design solution maximized the dramatic character of the hilltop lot with expansive terracing and provides spectacular views from all levels of the residence.
The design involved removing soils from the ancient Nimes Road Landslide, shoring the excavation to depths of 40 feet and reconstructing the site. Deep dewatering pump pits were installed and surface drainage controlled in order to rehabilitate the valuable site. Visit our project page.
